Wedding Gifts: It's when my neighbours saw the painting of my husband and myself in Tango at Moonrise that they asked for a painting of themselves on their Seadoo for their wedding gift. Husband and wife both said that their images look just like them. They supplied me with a number of photos of themselves on the Seadoo and I worked up a painting for them.
Copyright Law: Please keep in mind that if I agree to do your project, and you pay for it, you are purchasing the work only. The Copyright of the work does not lie with you. I maintain Copyright of my work at all times and reserve the right to use copies of it to sell at my discretion. Your purchase of an original does not entitle you to copy or sell the work. My Copyright remains in effect until 75 years after my death according to US Copyright Law. If you are interested in a very personal painting that you want exclusive control of (such that I would agree never to reproduce or sell the image) please let me know and I will give you a price for purchasing those rights until my personal Copyright ends.

I guarantee my work to 100% satisfaction.
Before the work begins a 50% deposit is required. After the work is done you will receive a small digital image and if you are happy with it, the remaining fee is required to be paid before the work ships. If you are not 100% satisfied with the image you and I will work together to get it right. With acrylic paint it is usually easy to adjust details (not as easy with colored pencil). If I cannot do the work to your liking I will refund your deposit, keep the painting and call it a day.
